- Pictured on disc is the Episcopal Shield in the colors red, white, and blue, which symbolize the sacrifice of Christ and the purity of the Christian faith. In duplicating the colors of the American Flag, they reprsent the church's standing as a United States branch of the Anglican community. There is also the cross of St. George, and nine smaller crosses that represent the original dioceses.
