Custom Die-Cast Coins And Commemorative Coins

The two-sided coins shown below have been die cast in zinc. These coins are produced in a highly polished steel mold, which insures a finished piece with a clean and smooth surface free of any blemishes or defects. The end result is much like a die-struck coin, but at a substantially lower price. The samples shown are a combination of 3-dimensional and 2- dimensional designs, and in many case a combination of the two on one coin. The 3-dimensional designs will have a higher mold charge than the 2-dimensional designs. Your standard finishes include a hand puffed satin antique brass, pewter or bronze finish. The coins can also be electroplated in brass, nickel, copper and gold. To further enhance the coins we can sandblast the background, polish the high points, and diamond engrave the borders. If you add our ability to epoxy soft enamel colors, print colors, and consecutively number the coins, you truly have a collector�s piece to treasure. Our most popular sizes include 1-5/8, 1-3/4�, 2�, 2-1/4�, and 2-1/2�. Quantity breaks start at 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000, 10,000. Coins can be supplied in poly bags, vinyl pouches, air tight plastic boxes, and velour jewelry boxes. Our normal production time is 5 to 6 weeks. Pre-production samples can be provided.
