I bought this to go on my wife's desk for her new job. The order arrived quickly and it was easy to order. I do have one complaint and that is the logo that was supposed to be added to the lower left corner was not added. It is a nice product but the missing logo was a big disappointment.

When I called I wasn't sure I had reached the right company as the person who answered the phone did not identify herself. The communication was not good. However, when I received this it was absolutely beautiful. Very high quality for the price!

I added a picture to be put on the nameplate and was apprehensive that it wouldn't be centered well with the text I added. But it turned out perfect!

We purchased this as a gift for our boss on boss' day. She had just gotten her doctorate and we were able to put the image and her new title on the plate.. We were ecstatic at the look and the quality of the product. She was also very excited about the gift and loved it.
