    Purchases from ShopAwardsandGifts.com have following shipping schedule:
    Assembled items will ship within 48 to 72 hours;
    Personalized products will ship within 3 to 4 days.
    Each address you instruct us to ship to is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

    From where will my order ship?

    All orders will be shipped from Westchester County, New York.

    How do I enter personalization?

    Each item page has an area to enter copy with the maximum number of lines and/or characters. If you prefer you may upload text and logo as an attachment via 'Upload Artwork File or Engraving Info' link located on the bottom of each item page.

    What is the cost of personalization?

    Personalization cost represents a 66-2/3% discount off the retail price and it is shown on each item page when your selection is made.

    When will my personalized order ship?

    Personalizing an item requires additional delivery time for your entire order. All orders that include personalized items will leave our warehouse within 3 to 4 days of order placement. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Do you ship outside the United States?

    Yes, ShopAwardsandGifts.com offers shipping throughout the United States and overseas. Shipping costs and payment needs to be verified with us first. For assistance please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 800-506-3325 or email us at sales@shopawardsandgifts.com .

    By which carrier will my order be shipped?

    We recommend choosing FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, 1st Day or Priority Mail.

    What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?

    Once an order is placed at ShopAwardsandGifts.com , you cannot make changes online. For assistance and changes with your order please call our Customer Service Representatives at 800-506-3325.

    How will my money be refunded after I make a return or exchange?

    All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement.

    Personalized Items (e.g., engraved items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Will my order be taxed?

    Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping address.

    What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

    Customer satisfaction is our goal at ShopAwardsandGifts.com. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 800-506-3325 and we will replace the order.

    Can I see a record of my transactions with ShopAwardsandGifts.com ?

    By registering with us, you can check your order status online through the Order History area of your My Account. All of the details regarding past purchases will be conveniently stored for you in an organized listing. You can also check the status of an order placed with ShopAwardsandGifts.com by contacting our Customer Service Representatives at 800-506-3325.

    How long does it take to process my return?

    Please allow 14 to 18 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.

    If I want to exchange my item for a similar item or a different size or color, how do I do that?

    Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Can I have a package delivered on Saturday?

    We do offer Saturday delivery. However, we do not ship orders on Saturday. Please contact our customer service team with any questions: support@shopawardsandgifts.com.
