There is NO Minimum order at checkout.

We also ship Fedex Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day Air. Our rates vary which are based on variable rates provided to us by Fedex.

Shipping schedule

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST. Products that require no assembly are shipped within 24 hours. Orders received by 1pm EST. will be shipped the same day. Products requiring assembly are shipped within 48 hours. Engraving and imprinting require 72 hours to ship. If order requires paper proof, an additional 24-48 hours are added depending on customer approval's response time. Delivery on custom orders will vary.

Saturday delivery

We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

Personalized orders

Personalizing an item requires additional delivery time for your entire order. All orders that include personalized items will leave our warehouse within 3 to 4 business days of order placement. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. If order requires paper proof, an additional of 1-2 business days are added depending on customer approval's response time. All products ship from New York.

How does Awards & Gifts ship packages?

Awards & Gifts ship all packages via FedEx Ground, Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Third Day Air. Our Fedex ground shipping charges are fixed rates that are based on rates provided to us by FedEx and they may vary from time to time. All continental U.S. orders $50.00 and above ships free with FedEx Ground Shipping. Minimum online order is $10. Other Shipping service prices such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day Air are variable rates based on rates provided to us by Fedex.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

No. Because our carriers do not ship to a Post Office box, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box either. If you enter a P.O. Box as a shipping address, your order will ship to your default billing address.

How long does shipping take?

The estimated delivery time for any given shipment will vary according to the method of shipping you choose and/or by your location. Please note that because we use a third party shipping service, we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date or time. If you have time sensitive materials, please make sure you allow sufficient time to receive your order.

Ground shipping typically takes from 1 to 5 business days depending on your distance from our facility in the northeast. Please refer to the shipping map below for full information. Ground Service is NOT guaranteed to be delivered within the estimated arrival time - it is only an estimate.

Expedite orders such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or some other special delivery level (or their equivalent) are guaranteed by the carrier within the time frames given. However, you must also take into account the production time. Hence, all orders place after 1 pm whether ground or expedited will ship the following day. Also, for larger quantity orders expect 2-3 days of production time whether items are shipped ground or expedited.

Will you break up boxes and ship to multiple locations?

We cannot split a single order for shipment to two different addresses. If you need the same product to go to more than one destination you must make a separate order for the quantity needed for each destination.

Will you combine shipments?

Upon special request we can combine orders to the same address. Please inquire.

Can I use my own shipping account?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer that option.

Do you mark your boxes?

All orders will be packed in a plain box with no additional advertisements or promotions packed with your order.

Where is my tracking number?

On the day that your order ships we will send your tracking number to you via email, and it will be stored in your Order History on our website.
